Ingredients:
Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Rose Petals, & Lavender
Directions:
- Steep 1 tbsp of tea blend per 8 fl oz of freshly boiled hot water in a heat-safe container, cover with a lid, and let stand for 5-7 min.
- Strain infusion through a tea strainer and compost or discard the plant material. If you are using a cup strainer that contains the herbs, you can place it in an airtight glass container to use the following night before discarding.
