The current selection is of Red & White Oak trees salvaged in Benton, Tippah, or Prentiss Counties in Mississippi. Because each piece is created from cut limbs and logs of unwanted trees, each is unique in its shape and grain pattern.
Red Oak: has a solid color more redis color
White Oak: has a lighter color with darker grain lines
Large Spoons:
The average length is 14" and the width of the spoon head is 2 1/2" across
Handles are round with a solid base for griping. G. & H. have one side flat for a thumb grip.
